1.1. The FenixFunds (hereinafter – the Company) before ensuring access to the trading platform receives and stores the Trader’s personal data. One of the main priorities for the company FenixFunds is ensuring the Client’s confidentiality while trading.

- Gathering Client’s personal information

2.3. The Company does not store data related to the Client’s credit and debit cards or detailed information concerning his e-wallets.
- Using Personal Information
3.1. The Client’s personal data is used solely to protect the Company from fraud. Verification of the trading account is carried out due to the received information. Moreover, it can be used for manipulation of the trading account (for instance, money withdrawal). Based on the obtained personal information, Company has the right to offer the Clients additional products, services, and involvement in promotions organized by the Company. The Company reserves the right to use the Client’s personal data to conduct surveys and test the quality of the services provided by the Company.
- Transferring personal information to third persons
4.1. The Company undertakes to respect strict confidentiality of the Client’s personal data. However, the company has the right to release client’s personal data in a number of exceptional cases, namely:
4.1.1. at the request of the official regulatory and law enforcement authorities;
4.1.2. to conduct investigations if the Company doubts the Client’s identity and the reasons of the manipulation of the trading account;
- Using COOKIES
‘Cookies’ files are possible to be used on FenixFunds website. The client should not change the browser settings to block the ‘cookies’ since this manipulation will affect the quality of the site operation in general and the trading platform in particular.
- Updating Personal Data
A trader pledges to timely notify the Company of changes in personal information. It is believed that the trader is responsible for providing the Company with duly and comprehensive information. The Client’s personal data can be updated by any means listed on the “Contact Us” page.
